Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from dailysteal.com, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Apparel (e.g., clothing or hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached in original condition.
- Shipping charges for 1-Day or 2-Day shipping are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
Return Instructions
- Visit dailysteal.com/return to start your return or exchange.
- Enter your order number and email, phone, or ZIP code used at checkout.
- Choose the item(s) to return or exchange.
- For exchanges, you may apply your return value to a new purchase. Any difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
- Choose a return method:
- Prepaid return label: Print and drop off at carrier.
- QR code (if available): Drop off package-free at a participating location.
- Review and confirm return information, then submit.
Returns must be received and processed before refunds or exchanges can be issued. You will be notified via email once your return is complete.
Retail Purchases
If you purchased a dailysteal product from another retailer (online or in-store), you must return the item directly to that retailer. We may assist with exchanges if you provide proof of purchase from an authorized reseller and the item is clean and unworn. We do not offer refunds for items not purchased directly from dailysteal.com.
Note: Products bought through third-party platforms such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for returns or warranty claims, as we do not authorize sales through those channels.
